Almighty God,
as your kingdom dawns,
turn us from the darkness of sin to the light of holiness,
that we may be ready to meet you
in our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Post Communion
O Lord our God,
make us watchful and keep us faithful
as we await the coming of your Son our Lord;
that, when he shall appear,
he may not find us sleeping in sin
but active in his service
and joyful in his praise;
through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Lord Jesus Christ,

Afternoon All Age Service We are exploring the possibility of replacing one of our monthly Morning Prayers at St Michael’s with a 4pm All Age Service. This would allow us to do something more creative, perhaps including elements of Messy Church or Café Church. Please talk to your PCC members about it, so that we know your views.
Church Christmas Coffee Morning at the Memorial Hall 10am-12 noon, 2nd December. Contributions for stalls including cakes, produce, plants bric-a-brac and books would be welcomed, along with items for a Christmas hamper to be raffled. All these can be given to Ian, Libby or Catherine.
