Here is the November News for the Parish of Mawnan, and details of our forthcoming services.
Our service on Sunday 1st November will include lighting candles to remember those we have lost. If you are not able to attend, but would like someone remembered, please let me know. Phone 07919 186307,or email me at rev.johanna.clare@gmail.com
Please note that our Remembrance Service on Sunday 8th November is at St Mawnan (not at St Michael’s where we would normally meet that week).
I hope you and those you love are keeping well at in good spirits at this difficult time.
Love and prayers
Johanna

Remembrance Day
To comply with Covid restrictions, there will not be a gathering at either the Memorial Hall or Millennium Cross on the 11th November. Instead a pre-recorded act of Remembrance will be posted on the village website and Facebook pages. We are encouraged to stand on our doorsteps for the two minutes silence at 11am. St Michael’s bell will ring to mark the end of the silence.

Visiting
I am happy to visit or bring Communion to anyone who would welcome it. However, with increasing concern over the virus, to protect those who are shielding or self-isolating, I will only come if specifically invited.
